Refunds & Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

To start a return or request a refund, email us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. In some cases, we may request photos to help process your request faster.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment once the return is received or the issue is confirmed.

Please note:

  • Items must be returned in original condition where applicable

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
